Winterbourne is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and wide eaves that extend over a hipped roof, which has chimney stacks located on the left, right, and at the rear. The front of the house has a regular arrangement of three glazing bar sash windows on the first floor and two windows with gauged heads on the ground floor. There is a central panelled door, with the top two sections glazed, set within a 20th-century gabled and glazed porch that includes a half-glazed outer door.
