The roof is tiled, hipped, and has stacks at the rear. The houses sit on a rubble plinth and have a continuous jetty supported by moulded brackets. The upper floor has two sashes with vertical glazing bars and a small central casement. The ground floor features two canted bay windows with sashes and glazing bars. A central door consists of six panels, with the top two panels glazed, and there’s a glazed door to the right.
