Description

This is a pair of cottages, known as Yew Tree Cottage and Yew Cottage, built in the mid-18th century. They are located on the south-east side of Station Road in Eynsford. The cottages are constructed of red brick, with a tiled roof and a moulded wooden eaves cornice. Three brick chimney stacks are present: one central and two external. A string course of red brick with grey headers runs along the façade. The cottages have four windows and four dormers, all with wide glazing bars intact. The doorcases feature flat hoods supported by brackets, and the doors themselves consist of six moulded and fielded panels.
