Description

Bay Tree Cottages, dating from the early 18th century, is a two-storey building constructed with knapped flints and features red brick window dressings, quoins, a stringcourse, and an eaves cornice. The roof is tiled and has a catslide at the rear. The building has two sash windows, although the glazing bars are missing. The entrance is highlighted by a doorcase that has a flat hood supported by brackets.
