Description

Avenue Cottage is a likely 17th-century timber-framed building located on the north-west side of Eynsford Station Road. It stands two storeys high, with the ground floor faced in flints and red brick, while the first floor is weatherboarded. The roof is tiled, and there are two sliding sash windows. A 17th-century brick chimneystack is present. The original central doorcase has been built out, and the entrance is now located in the side elevation.
