CRANBROOK WATERLOO ROAD TQ 7736 SE (north west side) 10/305 - No 3 - II

House. C18, restored in later C20. Weatherboarded on rendered plinth. Plain tiled roof with projecting and stack to right. 2½ storeys with upper floor windows only in garrets. Regular 2 bay front with two 2-storey weather- boarded octagonal bays with glazing bar sashes, not reaching into upper storey. Central panelled door with then later C20 pediment and pilaster surround, up 4 steps with side rails. Included for group value.
