Description

No. 3 Waterloo Road is an 18th-century house that was restored in the later 20th century. It features weatherboarding on a rendered plinth and has a plain tiled roof with a projecting stack on the right. The house is 2½ storeys tall, with upper floor windows located only in the garrets. The front is regularly arranged in 2 bays and includes two 2-storey weatherboarded octagonal bays, which have glazing bar sash windows that do not extend into the upper storey. There is a central panelled door that is approached by four steps with side rails, and it has a later 20th-century pediment and pilaster surround. This building is included for its group value.
