Description
Roger's Rough is a house dating from the early 18th century. It features a timber frame and is tile hung on a painted brick base, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a garret, with a half-hipped roof and chimneys located at the centre and at the end right, positioned forward of the ridge line. On the first floor, there are two three-light wooden casements and a central two-light wooden casement. The ground floor has a casement window and a boarded door to the right. To the left, there is a lean-to outshot with a casement, and to the right, a single-storey extension leads to a 20th-century garage extension.
