Description

GOUDHURST CHURCH ROAD TQ 63 SE (east side) Kilndown 8/139 Evanden Farmhouse - II House. Dated 1831. Red and blue chequered brick on ground floor and tile hung on first floor with plain tiled roof. Two storeys on plinth with dogtooth cornice to first floor and hipped roof with stacks to end right and to end left. Regular fenestration of two 2-light wooden casements on each floor, and central boarded door in stone, round-headed doorway, with raking hood. Shield-shaped datestone to right of doorway.
