Description

Peete House is a house dating from the 16th century. It features a distinctive chequered pattern of red and blue brick and has a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high on a plinth, with a plat band and a hipped roof that includes a central chimney stack and one gabled dormer. The windows are regularly arranged, with two wooden casements on each floor; the ground floor windows have segmental heads, while the first floor has a small central light. The entrance is marked by a central boarded door with a segmented head, accessed by a flight of four steps. At the rear, there is a catslide outshot.
