Description
This is an early 16th-century cottage located in East Malling and Larkfield. It is constructed with exposed timber framing and roughcast brick infilling. The roof is hipped and covered with plain tiles, featuring a brick stack positioned off-centre to the front and at the rear. The cottage is two storeys high with an irregular arrangement of windows: four windows on the first floor and five on the ground floor, all casement windows. A 20th-century boarded door is located on the right-hand side. There are catslide extensions to both the left and right sides of the building.
