Description
Sandhole is a farmhouse dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with 18th-century elevations. It features a timber-framed structure with plastered elevations and a plain tiled roof that is half-hipped to the left. A massive ridge stack is located off-centre to the right, and there is a small gabled staircase dormer at the rear in a catslide outshut. The building has a baffle entry plan and stands two storeys high. The fenestration is irregular, with three windows on the first floor and four on the ground floor, consisting of various 19th-century wooden casements. There is a half-glazed door positioned off-centre to the right.
