Description

This is a late 16th-century house located on Mill Street, East Malling and Larkfield. The house is timber-framed and mostly plastered, with brackets supporting a continuous first-floor jetty being the only exposed timbering. The first floor is tile-hung. The steep, hipped, plain-tiled roof has a gabled dormer and a catslide extension to the rear. The house is two storeys high, with a three-window front. The windows are casements, and those on the ground floor are sliding. An off-centre boarded door is located on the right side of the front elevation.
