The building features red brick facing the road, while the main front to the south is made of painted brick. It has a plain tiled roof that is half-hipped to the right, with an off-centre brick stack positioned to the right. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows with wooden casements. The central entrance consists of a boarded door that is sheltered by a pentice hood supported by curved brackets.
