Description

Kinross Cottage, located on Chapel Street in East Malling and Larkfield, is an 18th-century cottage. The building features red brick facing the road, while the main front to the south is made of painted brick. It has a plain tiled roof that is half-hipped to the right, with an off-centre brick stack positioned to the right. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows with wooden casements. The central entrance consists of a boarded door that is sheltered by a pentice hood supported by curved brackets. Additionally, there is a small continuous pentice hood on the ground floor, which is only interrupted by the door hood.
