Description
The building comprises three cottages, originally a house dating to the early 17th century. The construction is timber-framed with red brick infilling, with the right-hand section (No. 14) painted. The roof is half-hipped and covered in plain tiles, featuring a stack on the right side and another towards the left end. The house has two storeys and an irregular arrangement of windows; the upper floor has four windows and the ground floor has three. No. 14 has sash windows with glazing bars, some of which are tripartite. Nos. 16 and 18 have casement windows. Two boarded doors, each protected by a pentice hood, are positioned on the left-hand side (Nos. 16 and 18), while a single boarded door with a wooden hood and brackets is on the right-hand side (No. 14).
