Description

29 and 31 Mackenders Lane is a farmhouse that has been converted into a pair of cottages. It dates from the mid to late 16th century and features a timber-framed structure that is pebble-dashed, topped with a half-hipped plain tiled roof. There is a ridge stack located on the right side of the building. The property is two storeys high and has a continuous jetty on the south side. The front is irregular with three windows, which are wooden casements from the 19th century. To the left of the centre, there are two half-glazed doors, and there is a one-storey lean-to extension on the left.
