Description

Little Culand Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1700. It features a distinctive red and blue brick chequer pattern with a plat-band. The building has a moulded wooden cornice beneath a plain tiled hipped roof, which includes a central gabled dormer and a ridge stack at the center. The farmhouse is two storeys high with an attic and has a regular five-window front, showcasing wooden cross windows. The central entrance is a panelled door with two upper glazed panels. At the rear, there is a deep catslide extension.
