Description
300 Pratling Street is a former cottage pair dating from the late 18th or early 19th century. The building has a mud and brick plinth, is limewashed, and is topped with a thatched hipped roof. It features two eyebrow dormers and a tall brick stack in the centre of the ridge. Round, buttress-like features are visible at the corners of the building. The cottage is one and a half storeys high with two windows, and contains iron casements, with some diamond lattice detailing. The entrances are located within contemporary side weather porches, and there are dormers over. A low, lean-to catslide extension projects from the rear.
