Description
Nos 301 and 303 on Pratling Street are a pair of cottages built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from red and blue brick and feature a stepped eaves cornice beneath a very tall half-hipped gambrel roof, which has a central brick ridge stack. The cottages are two storeys high with an attic and have a two-window front. The ground floor windows have segment-headed surrounds and casements. The entrances are located at the extreme ends of the front, each with boarded and ribbed doors topped by small flat hoods supported on brackets. These cottages are included for their group value.
