Description

Wrotham Water Farmhouse is a building of circa 16th-century origin, with 18th and 19th-century elevations. The south front is constructed of red and blue brick, with tile-hanging in the gables of the end return wings. The roof is plain tiled, half-hipped, and features two hipped dormers and two ridge stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys and attics, exhibiting an irregular pattern of casement windows. A central door is present. A steep-pitched catslide extension extends to the rear, along with a projecting wing to the right and a 20th-century brick porch on the left.
