Miller's Farmhouse GV II

Farmhouse. Early C19 front block mashing fragment of C16 house. Red brick elevations. Plain tiled roof, hipped at both ends, with projecting catslide-roofed wing to rear. 2 storeys; 3 window front, glazing bar sashes, the central ground-floor one blocking former doorway. Interior; Drawing room: fireplace with chamfered bressumer and 2 saltholes. Bathroom; Blue and white figurative painting on plaster infill panel. 2 Lion-headed creatures, 2 nude male figures and birds. Crownpost in roof, which has been much rebuilt.
