Description

Dormers and the Post Office is a building that originally served as a farmhouse and has been converted into a pair of houses. It dates from the 17th century, with 18th-century elevations. The structure is timber-framed with rendered elevations and features a half hipped plain tiled roof. There are two 18th-century hipped dormers and a ridge stack located to the left. The building has two storeys and attics, with a four-window front. On the ground floor to the right, there is a 20th-century double shop-front with a central door. The windows are casement style. To the left, there is an off-centre 18th-century panelled door, which is accompanied by a 20th-century projecting hipped tiled porch supported by timber.
