Description
Trottiscliffe House is a house with a front wing built around 1820 and a projecting wing at the rear that dates from the 17th century. The front is cement rendered and features a plinth and platband, along with rusticated quoins. It has a low-pitched hipped slate roof with two tall brick chimneys at the back. The house is two storeys high and has a regular three-window front, with glazing bar sash windows. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed and panelled door, which is sheltered by a projecting columned porch. There are one-window extensions at each end of the front. The rear 17th-century wing has a steep-pitched catslide outshot behind it.
