Cottage. Early C18. Random rubble stone ground floor painted weatherboarded first floor. Steep plain tiled roof with central ridge stack. Two storeys; three windows on first floor, two on ground floor, both close to centre, modern casements. Entrance at north end in original position, with late C19 lean-to verandah to right. Included as a good example of modest domestic building of traditional regional type.
