Gover Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on the north side of Gover Hill in West Peckham. The building features a ground floor made of rubblestone with red brick dressings, while the first floor is tile-hung. It has a plain tiled roof that is half-hipped to the west and has a catslide at the rear. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows with 19th-century casements. The entrance is marked by a central boarded door. Gover Cottage is noted for being a good example of a modest domestic building in the traditional regional style.
