Description

Pigeon’s Green Farmhouse is a 16th-century farmhouse, with significant alterations following rebuilding after bomb damage during the Second World War. The main section is of red brick, with stone patching to the left. A wide returned gable is visible to the right of centre, featuring exposed framing and plaster infilling, as well as the original stone floor. The roof is tiled, with a dormer window to the left of the gable and a semi-dormer to the right. The farmhouse is two storeys and an attic, with an irregular but symmetrical arrangement of casement windows. An attic window is a small two-light casement, the first floor has a three-light casement, and the ground floor a large three-light casement.
