Description

Platt Oast is an oast-house that has been converted into a dwelling. It features 19th-century roundels added to a 17th-century barn on the north side. The ground floor is made of random rubble stone, except for the central roundel, which has a red brick ground floor. The first floor of the granary showcases exposed framing with 20th-century decorative plasterwork. The granary has a plain tiled hipped roof, while the roundels have plain tiled slopes and are capped.
