Description

Captain's Walk consists of four almshouses built around 1850 in the Tudor-Revival style. The structure is made of coursed rubble stone and features a plain tiled roof with four ridge stacks. It is a single storey building with seven bays. The end bays are wider and have return gables with parapet copings and kneelers. The third and fifth bays have projecting gabled entrances, each with boarded doors set in moulded arch surrounds. Every other bay is fitted with one casement window.
