Description

Ewell Monastery Guesthouse is a cottage that dates from the 15th century and early 19th century. It incorporates sections of the original stone walls from the old tithe barn of Malling Abbey, which can be seen on the lower part of the south-west and north-west faces of the L-wing. The exterior is primarily constructed of brick, featuring a tiled roof and brick chimneystacks. The building has two storeys and four windows, with 20th-century casement windows, including some cambered casements on the ground floor. There is a simple doorcase and a pentice on the north-east side.
