Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on High Street, West Malling, and consisting of two parallel ranges. The front is of brick with painted stone sides, topped by a slate roof with a brick chimney stack. The building is three storeys high with three windows. The first floor has three nine-pane sash windows. The lower floors feature twelve-pane sashes, each with a moulded architrave. A centrally positioned doorcase is constructed of cement, featuring thick, stylized console brackets, framing a six-panelled door and a rectangular fanlight. The side elevation includes bargeboards with pendants, a single twelve-pane sash window, and two blank openings. A second central doorcase on the side elevation has a tented canopy and thick, cemented brackets.
