Description

This is a mid-19th century house forming part of a continuous row in Fore Street, Bradninch. The house is built of painted brick, with a slate roof and two axial chimney stacks. It has two storeys and a four-window front, though one upper window has been blocked. The surviving windows are 19th-century sash windows with eight panes per sash, set within window arches. A doorway, featuring a pediment, pilasters and panelled reveals, leads to a door with depressed panels. The ground floor has a sash window to the left and a horned tripartite sash to the right, now reduced to a single pane in each section. To the right of the property is a separate wagon entrance.
