Description

This is a three-storey and basement terrace house, built in the 1820s in Ramsgate. It is constructed of stock brick with a rebuilt parapet and a stack to the right. The upper floors contain metal casements, while the ground floor has a canted bay with sashes set within moulded architraves. A metal casement is also present in the basement. A half-glazed door is located on the left-hand side, topped by a semi-circular fanlight within a keyed surround. Simple metal rails enclose the steps and basement area, featuring baluster finial principals. The building is included on the list for its group value.
