Description

This is a terrace house located on The Plains of Waterloo in Ramsgate, dating from the 1820s. It is constructed of stock brick and has three storeys and a basement, topped with a parapet and a stack to the right. The second floor has two glazing bar sashes. Below, on the first floor, is a two-story canted bay with margin light French windows set within moulded architraves, and a tented verandah supported by wooden pier brackets, simple rails, and enriched scrolled brackets. The ground floor features sashes, and there's a glazing bar sash on the basement level. The front door, on the right-hand side, is of six panels, partly glazed, situated within a fluted, keyed semi-circular surround with four steps and simple rails.
