Description
This is a terrace house dating to around 1818, located on The Plains of Waterloo in Ramsgate. The building is rendered and has three storeys and a basement. A brick stack is visible to the right. The left-hand side features a canted bay window on the ground floor with wooden casements set within moulded architraves topped with a cornice. The ground floor also has a half-glazed door with four steps leading up to it, positioned to the right. Wooden casements are present on the first and second floors, and a wooden casement is also on the basement level. The house was depicted on Collard and Hurst's 1822 map of Ramsgate and is included on the list for its contribution to the group value of the area.
