Description

No. 60 is a terrace house located on the east side of Waterloo in Ramsgate, dating from the 1820s. It is constructed of stock brick and features three storeys plus a basement, topped with a parapet and a stack on the right side. The house has two segmentally headed sash windows on the second and first floors. On the ground floor, there is a canted bay with sash windows to the left, adorned with moulded architraves and a cornice. A sash window is also present in the basement. To the right, there is a half-glazed door set in a keyed semi-circular surround, accessed by four steps and simple railings. The basement is enclosed with cast iron fleur-de-lys rails, which have baluster finial principals.
