Description

RAMSGATE THE PLAINS OF TR 3865 SE WATERLOO (east side) 10/327 No. 60 and railed area GV II Terrace house. 1820's. Stock brick. Three storeys and basement with parapet and stack to right. Two segmentally headed sashes on 2nd and 1st floors, canted bay with sashes to left on ground floor with moulded architraves and cornice. Sash to basement. Half-glazed door to right in keyed semi-circular surround with 4 steps and simple rails. Cast iron fleur-de-lys rails to basement, with baluster finial principals.
