Description

No. 67 is a terrace house located on the west side of Waterloo in Ramsgate, built around 1818. The building is constructed of stock brick, with some parts rendered. It has three storeys and a basement, featuring a cill band at the first floor and a parapet with a stack on the right side. The second floor has segmentally headed glazing bar sash windows, while the first floor boasts a two-storey canted bay with glazing bar sashes set in moulded architraves, complete with moulded cornices and panelled aprons. To the left, there is a five-panel door within a semi-circular surround, and a glazing bar sash window is present in the basement. The steps leading to the entrance have simple rails, and the area is enclosed with hooped rails. This property is depicted on Collard and Hurst's map from 1822.
