Rose Villa is an early 19th-century cottage ornee. It is timber framed and weather boarded, topped with a thatched roof. The building has one storey and features a hipped roof with a stack at the rear. There are four wooden casements with pointed arched surrounds, and a central door with four panels also set in a pointed arched surround.
