Description

Smoaky Cottage is a likely 16th century timber-framed cottage located on Greybury Lane in Edenbridge Marsh Green. The main south front features two storeys and two windows, topped by a high-pitched tiled roof that is half hipped on the left side and includes a compound ridge stack. The exterior is weatherboarded above a rendered plinth, with small 19th century and modern leaded casements. At the back, the roof sweeps low, revealing visible timber framing with brick filling. Inside, there is a significant amount of exposed timber.
