Formerly known as: formerly Marsh Green MILL LANE (OFF). Former farmhouse, now 2 cottages. Constructed in 1607. Built of Isle of Wight stone rubble with ashlar quoins. Tiled roof, hipped to one end, gabled with kneelers to the other with brick chimneystack. 3 bay lobby entrance house. 2 storeys 5 windows. Stone mullioned windows, some restored in cement with 1, 2 or 3 lights. Ground floor windows have hoodmoulding. Ground floor has 2 3-light mullioned windows and 2 end doorcases with brick surrounds and hood mouldings. Central doorcase blocked in cement. Rear elevation also has mullioned windows.
