Description
Greybury Farmhouse is an early 18th century house of two storeys and an attic, originally with three windows, and now of irregular appearance. It has a high-pitched, half-hipped tiled gambrel roof. The walls are of large, random rubble with red brick dressings. Later 19th century gabled dormers and modern casement windows are present. A later 18th century right wing forms the entrance front, featuring a tiled roof with sprocketed eaves and two gabled dormers. The first floor is tile hung, while the ground floor is of coursed freestone with red brick dressings. Modern casements are on the first floor, and two 19th century canted bays flank a late 19th century, hipped wood porch.
