This is a late 18th-century barn located approximately 30 metres northwest of Jubilee Hall. It is timber-framed and stands on a brick plinth, with weatherboarding cladding the exterior. The roof is half-hipped on the left-hand side and gabled on the right. A porch with a hipped roof is situated at the right end of the front elevation.
