Description

These barns, located about 4 yards southeast of Spout House, date from the 18th century or early 17th century. They are timber-framed and weatherboarded, with part of the ground floor and the left gable end constructed of red brick. The barns have plain tile roofs and consist of two ranges that run parallel to the road, each featuring a steeply-pitched roof that is hipped towards the house. There are additional ranges linked at right angles to the right end, projecting towards the road. Ground-floor openings can be found in the left gable ends. The interiors have not been inspected. The barns are listed for their group value.
