Description

Arnold Hill Cottage is a late 18th-century house located on the west side of Back Street, Leeds. The ground floor is constructed of chequered red and grey brick, while the first floor is rendered. The left gable end is weatherboarded on the first floor. The roof is covered with plain tiles and features a boxed wood eaves cornice and a half-hipped profile. A square brick stack is situated on the rear slope of the roof, off-centre to the left, and a projecting brick stack is at the right end. The fenestration is irregular, with five late 19th or early 20th-century two-light casement windows. A door with six fielded panels is set beneath a flat, bracketed hood. The interior has not been inspected. The house sits on a brick plinth.
