Description

This garden wall, located about 3 metres east of the south wing of Hollingbourne Manor, is possibly from the 16th or 17th century and has been altered over time. It features a base made of flint and stone, with red brick above. The lower courses are laid in English bond, while the upper sections are primarily in Flemish bond. The wall extends south for approximately 30 metres before returning west for about 25 metres. It stands at an irregular height due to the slope of the land and includes a re-set boundary stone at the southeast corner.
