Description

This is a garden wall located about 3 metres east of the base of the north wing of Hollingbourne Manor. It dates from the 18th century and later. The wall is constructed of red brick in a mixed bond, partly in Flemish bond, and includes a flint patch of irregular depth. It runs east for approximately 4 metres, then turns north, running parallel to the road for about 50 metres, before returning to the west. The wall stands around 2 metres high at the south end and is ramped up at the north end.
