Description

The Garden Walls at Cell Park are garden walls dating from the 16th and 17th centuries, which were heightened in the 18th century. They enclose an 18th-century walled garden to the northeast. The walls are constructed of red brick in English bond, incorporating medieval stonework and flints in the section adjacent to the northwest corner of the house. In the later parts, the brick is laid in Flemish bond. The walls stand 3 to 4 meters high, with the courses following the slope of the hill.
