Description

Nos. 1 and 2 Liverton Street is a house, now a house row, dating from the early 18th century, with a large 19th-century facade. The building is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a plain tile roof. It features a lobby entry and has two storeys plus a garret with a half-hipped roof. There is a central brick ridge stack and a small projecting stack at the right end. The garret end is lit, and the windows are arranged irregularly, consisting of four in total: one single light below the level of the others at the left end, two three-light casements, and another single-light casement. A 20th-century glazed door is located beneath the stack, with another door at the left end. The interior has not been inspected.
