Description

Yew Tree is a house dating from the 16th century, with alterations made in the 18th and 19th centuries. It likely has a timber-framed core and is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring occasional grey headers that may be from the 18th century. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has a steeply pitched hipped design. The house stands two storeys high on a stone plinth and has a large brick chimney stack with a stone base that projects to the right. The front has a regular arrangement of three 19th-century two-light casement windows with segmental heads, and a central 20th-century ribbed door. The interior has not been inspected.
