Description
Stream Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 15th century. It is timber-framed, with the ground floor finished in painted brick and the first floor tile-hung. The building has a plain tile roof and stands two storeys high on a plinth, featuring a steeply pitched hipped roof with a gablet to the right. The right hip extends along the rear right wing. There is a multiple brick ridge stack at the top of the left hip and a smaller stack that projects slightly at the right end. The fenestration is irregular, consisting of three 3-light casements. A ribbed door is located in a 19th-century gabled porch, which is off-centre to the left. There is also a lean-to on the left side and a rear wing to the right, constructed with the same external materials and featuring a rear brick stack. The interior has not been inspected.
