LEEDS LOWER STREET TQ 8253 (west side)

8/105 Woodbine Cottage 26.4.68. GV II House. C16 or earlier withearly C19 front and C19 addition to rear of wing. Timber framed, with ground floor clad in red brick in Flemish bond, and first floor tile-hung. Left side elevation, including wing, on low moulded stone plinth with approximately 2 feet of C16 red brick in English bond above, with bressumer on top. Rest weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys, with roof hipped to left, hip returned along left side elevation. Central red brick ridge stack. Regular fenestration of two 3-light casements with leaded panes. Boarded door with flat hood on carved brackets beneath stack. Integral rear wing to left. Interior not inspected.
