Description

These are two 18th-century buildings, numbers 96 and 98, located on the south side of Union Street. They are two storeys high and have been stuccoed. The roof is a Mansard design, tiled and incorporating two hipped dormers. The façade has three sash windows, each with only vertical glazing bars. A modern shopfront has been constructed projecting outwards from number 96, while number 98 features a shopfront dating to the 19th century, characterized by console brackets. Numbers 96 to 100 (even), 100A, 102, 106 and 108, along with number 28 Wyatt Street, are designated as a group.
